前回の出店で、お客様からこんなお言葉をいただきました。
「メニュー表に書いてあるフルーツの名前は羅列順に、こんな風に感じるんですね！」
最初にメニュー表を見たときは、何故色々なフルーツの名前が並んでいるのか分からなかったそう。
でも実際に飲んでみると最初の印象と後味が違い、書かれている順番通りに、味が変化していた ことに気づかれたんです。
私たちはハッとしました。
今まで品種やメインとなるフレーバーの紹介はしていましたが、
〝最初の一口から後味にかけて、味がどう変化していくのか〟
そこをしっかり伝えられていなかったなと。
『次々と味が変わっていくコーヒーは初めて飲みました。面白かったです！』
そんな言葉をいただき、とても嬉しくなりました。
こうやってお客様から直接ご意見やご感想を頂けることはとても貴重で有り難いことです😢🫶

そこで、メニュー表をリニューアル！
・ 味やフレーバーの変化を、時間とともにわかりやすく表記
・ 生産者さんの想いが伝わるメッセージも追加

At our last pop-up, a customer shared this insightful comment:
"The fruit names listed on the menu appear in the same order as they are tasted!"
At first, they weren’t sure why various fruit names were listed. But after trying the coffee, they noticed how the flavors evolved—from the initial taste to the lingering finish—just as they were written in order on the menu.
This made us realize something important. While we had been introducing the coffee’s variety and main flavors,
we hadn’t clearly communicated how the taste changes from the first sip to the aftertaste.
When they told us, "I’ve never had a coffee that changes flavors like this—it was such a fun experience!"
we were absolutely thrilled.
Receiving direct feedback and impressions from our customers is incredibly valuable and meaningful to us 😢🫶

So, we decided to revamp our menu!
Clearly illustrating how the flavors shift over time
Adding messages that convey the passion of the producers
