本日、初めて @boulanjerie さんで出店させていただきました。
お越しくださった皆さま、本当にありがとうございました！
お祝いや差し入れを持ってきてくれたお友達、先輩方、ありがとうございました😢🫶
今回は、反省点、改善点もりもりの出店でした。
特に、オーダーの抜けで長くお待ちいただいたにも関わらず、最終的にコーヒーをお届けできなかったお客様には、申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。
もし私がその立場だったら、一日中嫌な気持ちを引きずってしまったと思います。
「大好きなコーヒーを通して、皆さんにハッピーにしたい」
そんな想いで始めたLITTLE HANDS COFFEEだからこそ、今回の失敗は決してあってはいけないことでした。
同じことを繰り返さないよう、しっかり話し合い、改善策を考えていきます。
次回の出店は 来週2/5(水) 10:00〜再びブーランジェリー アン アミーさんのテラスにて！
もっと良い形で皆さまをお迎えできるよう頑張りますので、どうぞよろしくお願いします🙇

Today, we had our very first pop-up at @boulangerie!
A huge thank you to everyone who came by!
To my friends and mentors who brought gifts and kind words to celebrate this milestone—thank you so much 😢🫶
This event was filled with lessons and areas for improvement.
Most of all, I deeply regret that due to an order mistake, one customer had to wait a long time, and in the end, I wasn’t able to serve her coffee. If I were in her shoes, I know I would have carried that disappointment with me all day.
LITTLE HANDS COFFEE was created with the hope of spreading happiness through the coffee I love. That’s why mistakes like this should never happen. We’ll take time to reflect, discuss, and make sure it never happens again.
Our next pop-up will be on Wednesday, February 5th, from 10:00 AM, once again on the terrace at Boulanjerie une Amie! We’ll do our best to welcome you all with an even better experience.
