Thank you so much for visiting us on our very first day of opening!

Looking back on the day fills my heart with warmth, making it race with excitement—it was truly so much fun and such a joy that I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep tonight from the lingering emotions.

There were so many moments that made me happy: hearing customers say, “It’s like wine, so unique!” or “I’ll be back again next week,” truly meant the world to me.

I also feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to use beans from the wonderful @hitachino_coffee_roastery, whom I fell in love with at a coffee festival. Thanks to these beans, I could pour my heart into every single cup with confidence.

I’m deeply grateful to my in-laws, who came all the way from China to watch my son during the event, my husband, who stood by my side giving his all to support me, and the coffee industry mentors in Tsukuba who provided so much advice.

This first day of opening came together through so many little miracles, and I want to cherish this feeling forever. I hope to express my gratitude and give back, little by little, to everyone who made this possible.
